este’r partners was founded in 2005 by designer Eszter Radnóczy, and it operates in the fields of INTERIOR DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE (hotels, restaurants, bars, offices, galleries, retail spaces, historical reconstruction and high-end residences), PROJECT MANAGEMENT and CREATIVE PRODUCT DESIGN.
She has studied interior design at the Interior Design Institute Milan. She has a Master’s Degree in finance from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and also a Master’s Degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest. She founded her own design studio in her family’s hometown, Szentendre, Hungary with the aim of developing design ideas and memorable concepts that ensure the success and a strong self-identity of all their projects.

The team works on a given project via a series of consultations. For complex design tasks este’r partners appoints an architect as a project manager who is responsible for developing and overseeing project schedules and timelines, managing site planning, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, besides planning and design work.
este’r partners facilitates communication with all parties involved: investors, contractors, developers. The lead architect is overseeing the entire design process to ensure the client’s specifications, budget, and timeline are met. For complex projects other architects get involved.
Along the process of planning we place particular emphasis on supporting each project.
During the years, our office established a wide range of international relationships.
The dedicated work of este’r partners was awarded with international PRIZES AND AWARDS, like the BigSEE International Design Award, Emilgroup’s Prestigue award, Gastro Design Award and shortlisted for the Office of the Year. Ms Radnóczy was awarded Hotel Interior Designer of the Year 2022, nominated for EDIDA Award. PUBLICATIONS include articles and interviews at Forbes Magazine, ELLE Decoration, DOMUS Magazine, Hype&Hyper and Octogon Architecture&Design.
